Our Warranty
5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The limited warranty protects only the original property and applies only when Barricks Furniture Solutions product is purchased for hospitality use only. It is the responsibility of the property to perform minor touch-ups necessary to correct problems resulting from transportation and/or installation and handling.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY
The warranty guarantees that each piece of Barricks Furniture Solutions furniture will be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, or construction. If any defect does appear within the five-year warranty period, Barricks Furniture Solutions will take the steps below to correct it.
REMEDY
In the event of a defect, Barricks Furniture Solutions requires any claim that the defect be described as fully and clearly as possible with accompanying photos. This must be done within five years of the delivery date. Claims cannot be processed without these as they are necessary to determine the nature and extent of the defect. After notification, it may be necessary for Barricks Furniture Solutions or authorized representative to arrange for an inspection of the furniture to determine whether or not a defect may exist. If a defect does exist, it will be repaired. However, if Barricks Furniture Solutions determines that repair is not practical, you will be provided with a replacement unit. The customer will not be charged for any repair services, replacement units or shipping costs. However, on a case-to-case basis, it is at the discretion of Barricks Furniture Solutions to determine the amount of factory, transportation and property responsibility. Barricks Furniture Solutions will not pay for or be responsible for the removal and installation or disposal of goods or any replacement goods.
LIMITATIONS OF COVERAGE
IMPROPER CARE AND USE
Barricks Furniture Solutions will not replace your furniture if damage is caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or by improper cleaning. This warranty does not apply if product damage results from the use of detergents, cleaners, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents on the furniture.
STORAGE
Barricks Furniture Solutions will warehouse your product for up to 45 days with no added fees with order payment in full. Delivered products that are stored in containers may void your warranty.
FINISHES
Finishes are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery to be free from material and manufacturing defects. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to or failure of the finish resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, abuse, abnormal usage (including use or storage in conditions of high heat, high moisture, or extreme temperature changes), improper maintenance or cleaning, water damage, exposure to sunlight, extreme high or low humidity changes, acts of nature, or incorrect application of chemical treatment or any protective coating not applied by the manufacturer.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
When receiving any shipment or delivery of any products, items must be checked with packing list and quantities verified. Any shortage of quantities or any visible damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading and notification to Barricks Furniture Solutions must be given immediately. Any notification of visible or concealed damage must be reported to Barricks Furniture Solutions within 5 working days, otherwise freight claims may be denied. Any damage resulting from unloading and transporting products from the delivery containers to rooms where the furniture will be permanently placed for use is not covered.
DISCLAIMER
In cases of freight damage, abuse, or exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or direct sunlight, it is Barricks Furniture Solutions discretion to assist in the repair or replacement of items at a mutually agreed upon method. There are no other warranties, express or implied, except as set forth above, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Seller shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages or lost profits arising from product defects, delivery delays or other Breach by seller.

Please complete the form below with all requested information as well as detailed pictures of each damaged item. Once the Warranty Claim Form is received by Barricks Furniture Solutions a claim number will be assigned to the request. Claims must be filed within 5 years of the delivery date. For Freight Damage Claims the customer should use the included Freight Claim Form, All Freight Damage must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
All warranty claims are subject to Approval by Barricks Furniture Solutions or an approved Representative. Damages to furniture that extend beyond manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship or construction will not be covered.
